OFFSHOOTS/ F&D related live shows:

Memorium (Eric, Dara and Steve of Faith & Disease)
Originally conceived as a one-off “secret project” under the quickly-rejected name “Gray Sky, Green Earth,” the name Memorium was chosen by Eric as an ironic commentary on the uncertain future of Faith & Disease at the time (1993). The idea was to for Dara Rosenwasser, Eric Cooley and Steven Knouse (the songwriting nucleus of F&D) play and therefor “test market” rough ideas and sketches of new songs under a different name, in a low-key café-like setting, with an emphasis on acoustic guitar, vocals and bass. Electric guitar, keyboards and drums, though surfacing occasionally in a Memorium setlist, generally served as the distinction between F&D and Memorium.
Many, many musicians have guest-appeared in Memorium shows; The following people have played at least one song with Memorium live:
Celtic Harp-Jenny Foster
Violin- Rob MacCusick (Salon Betty), Daniel O’Malley (Wicked Celts)
Flute- Charlotte Sather
Percussion- Sean Sarringer, David Harmon, Joaquin Tavares, Rick Allen, Joshua Furman,
Additional vocals- Suzanne Alee, Steff Ra (Shayro),
Extra guitar- John Massoni (Weather Theater, Maxine), Ashkelon Sain (Trance To The Sun)
